Hi, I’m writing from a small hotel in the countryside of Bodh Gaya, North India. Tomorrow I will start a 10 day silent retreat consisting of 100 hours of meditation. Some call it the marathon of the mind.
If insights come from “seeing inside”, that is where I will be, so I hope to share new ones with you next month.
