THE HIDDEN COST OF READING

Be careful who you read.
You will imbibe their values and framing of the world,
even if you disagree with them.

If you know what you read, but not who wrote it,
those words likely carry an agenda to change your mind.

Read people you respect.
You don’t need to admire them, or agree with them,
but make sure you respect them before giving too much of your mind.

Look at their soul and ask what kind of life they lead.
Words change the filter in your lens and therefore your experience of reality.
Reading is software for your mind: beware of free malware.
